Coffee jelly is a delicious dessert with coffee and sugar. Although once common in British and American cookbooks, it is now most common in Japan, where it can be found in most restaurants and convenience stores.

Step 1
In a bowl and add ½ cup of sugar to 5 cups of water and let it dissolve completely. Add 1 packet of unflavored agar and mix it nicely. Next, add 2 tablespoons of coffee powder and mix it nicely.

After that transfer, it to another pot and cook it until it boils and continue mixing it. Transfer it to the mould and let it cool down for some time.

On the other side take another bowl and add 375 ml of evaporated milk, 300 ml of condensed milk and 200 ml of fresh cream and mix it nicely.
Step 4
Add 1 teaspoon of instant coffee powder to the milk bowl and mix it well until all the lumps are dissolved. Once the coffee jelly is set cut it into cubes.
Step 5
Add the cut jelly cubes into the milk mixture and keep it in the refrigerator for some time to let it cool.
Step 6
Super delicious and chilled coffee milk jelly is ready to enjoy.
