Indulge in a heavenly slice of Oreo Milk Fudge. The sweetness of condensed milk and the crunchiness of Oreo cookies collide to create this quick, creamy, and irresistible treat.

Step 1
Prepare the Oreos:Coarsely chop the double-stuffed Oreo cookies and set them aside.

Create the Fudge Mixture:Place a pan on the stove and add condensed milk, milk powder, sugar, and ghee.

Turn on the stove to medium heat and whisk the mixture continuously for 3-4 minutes until it becomes smooth and begins to thicken.

Check Consistency:Observe if the mixture starts to pull away from the sides of the pan. Once it does, turn off the stove and remove the pan from heat.

Infuse with Vanilla:Stir in the vanilla extract, and then spread the mixture out in the pan to cool for 10 minutes.

Add the Oreos:Mix in the chopped Oreo cookies, ensuring an even distribution

Set and Chill:Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined tray, smoothing out the surface with the back of a spoon or a small bowl.

If desired, press in additional chopped Oreo pieces on top for garnish.

Allow the fudge to cool and set for 3-4 hours, or overnight for best results.

Serve in Slices:Once set, cut the Oreo Milk Fudge into squares and serve.

1¼ Cup milk powder
6 double-stuffed Oreo cookies, chopped
2 Tsp vanilla extract
½ Tsp ghee (clarified butter)
2 Tbsp sugar
Additional chopped Oreo cookies for garnishing (optional)
