Maltova Banana Bread is a moist and flavorful loaf with the nostalgic malted twist of Maltova and the natural sweetness of ripe bananas. A delightful treat for breakfast, tea time, or dessert.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, Maltova, sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.

In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
Step 3
If using nuts or chocolate chips, fold them into the batter gently.
Step 4
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- 2-3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1/2 Cup Maltova
- 1/2 Cup sugar (adjust to taste)
