Bubble tea is one of everyone’s favourite things to sip on during the summer. Originating from Taiwan, bubble tea usually consists of sweetened tea with milk and the characteristic chewy tapioca balls, also known as boba.

Step 1
Take a bowl and add 30 gm of tapioca pearls in it and after that add water in it and soak it overnight.
Step 2
In a pan add 300 ml of water and heat it on a medium flame.
Step 3
Add 10 gm of black tea in the pan and let it boil for 1 minute and after that add 300 ml of soya milk and mix it well.
Step 4
Heat the tea until it boils and after that gradually turn off the flame and transfer it into another cup by straining it.
Step 5
Take the pre-soaked tapioca pearls and heat it. Continue doing it for 1-2 minutes and then strain it out and add it to the drinking jar slowly.
Step 6
After that add 2 tablespoons of honey in it. Gradually add the prepared tea. Stir it. Bubble tea is ready to drink and enjoy.
30 gm Tapioca pearl
300 ml Water
10 gm Black tea
300 ml Soya milk
2 Tbsp Honey
