Try this amazing ingredient added to your regular wrap with a lip-smacking aioli spread that makes a perfect meal for a sunny day. If you’re short on time, use a ready-made dip or condiment—ranch-style dressing, ketchup, and a cream cheese dip is also a delicious option

Step 1

In a clean bowl mix in red cabbage, capsicum, & carrots season at the end to avoid watery slaw

Step

Make the lemon garlic aioli by mixing mince garlic, lemon juice, mayonnaise, & water.

Step 3

Dip the sliced avocados in the yogurt mixture then crumb coat it with bread crumbs / panko. Once all the avocado slices are crumb coated. Freez them for 15minutes.

Step 4

In a pan heat some oil and place the coated avocado slices accordingly. Once they turn golden brown on each side, take it off and place them on a plate.

Step 5

Take a tortilla place two or three slices of fried avocado, add some slaw, drizzle a tablespoon of aioli on top & fold the wrap as tightly as possible (without squishing the insides out!).
