Pesto Alla Genovese is a delightful Italian Pasta dish, using fresh basil,Garlic,Olive Oil and parmesan cheese. here is how you can make it with simple ingredients commonly available in India.

Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add a pinch of Tata salt iodized, and cook the Colavita spaghetti pasta as per the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a blender or food processor, combine the fresh basil leaves (Tulsi), garlic cloves, and a generous amount of Tata salt iodized.

Blend the ingredients until they are coarsely chopped.”

Gradually add Figaro pure olive oil in a steady stream while blending, until the mixture becomes smooth and well-combined.
Step 5
Grate the Nutoras Parmesan Cheese Block and add it to the blender, pulsing a few times to mix everything together. Your pesto is ready.
Step 6
Toss the cooked pasta with the freshly prepared pesto until the pasta is well-coated.
Step 7
