Ramen Noodles -Quick and easy Japanese noodles

Step 1

Take 2 spring onions and finely chop it, keeping the green part and white part separately. Finely chop 4-5 garlic cloves.

Step 2

To prepare chili oil add 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add the white part of onion . When onion is cooked add the chopped garlic and saute it.

Step 3

Switch off the flame and add chilli powder and mix it more thoroughly and when done transfer the prepared mixture to a bowl.

Step 4

On the other side take a deep bottom cauldron and add 1 stock cube(veg/nonveg) in 4 cups of water for preparing the broth.

Step 5

For boiling the ramen take a vessel and boil water in it and then add the regular ramen (or anything of choice) in it and cook it until 80% is cooked. Fry one egg in the pan for the topping.

Step 6

In a serving bowl and add 2 tablespoons of prepared chilli sauce and 1 tablespoon of soya sauce . Add 2 cups of steaming hot broth in the bowl and mix it well.

Step 7

Add the 80% cooked ramen in it and. Add the toppings like boiled and chopped vegetabled, pan fried eggs befor serving.

Step 8

Super delicious tasty, easy ramen is ready to serve.

1 stock Cube(veg/ nonveg) for broth
1 Pack Ramen
4 Cup Water 4 cups
1 Tbsp Soya sauce
