Teriyaki Meatball platter

Teriyaki is a mixture of soya sauce, mirin, and sugar, these combination is called Teriyaki Sauce.In this recipe meatball is fried and dipped in teriyaki sauce, Can be served as an appetizer or as a main dish with rice or noodles.Teriyaki meat ball platter is a very tempting dish which brings out the best flavors.
Ps: It is a real crowd pleaser!

Step 1

Mix all meatball ingredients together until well combined. Using your hands, form the mix into walnut sized ,meatballs.

Step 2

Heat a pan on the stove and add a little sesame oil to prevent sticking. Fry meatballs in two – three batches for around 10 minutes until browned all over.

Step 3

Remove the meatballs from the pan and place them on a tray Dip meatballs in the flour batter & fry it generously

Step 4

To make the Sauce: Add all sauce ingredients to the meatball pan Bring to the boil. Then pour over the tray of meatballs & sesame seeds Cook for good 5minutes Garnish with cilantro Make your platter with fried rice & meatballs & some cucumbers carrots to much…tadaaa delicious platter is ready to serve!

150 g Ground Beef
¼ cup Spring onions
1 ¼ Crushed garlic ginger
¼ cup breadcrumbs
2 Egg
black pepper

For Teriyaki Sauce

1 Tsp Paprika
¼ Cup Soy sauce or Tamari
1/4 cup tamato sauce
Sesame seeds
Sesame oil

For Frying meatball
1/4 Tbsp maida
1/2 Tbsp cornflour
Salt
